Centre's Mandate
Achieving rural development through entrepreneurship of rural youth undertaking
awareness, capacity building, hand-holding programmes and infusing improved technologies
in the rural areas;
Imparting training for rural development functionaries, elected representatives,
civil society organisations, bank official and other stake holders associated with
rural development initiatives.
Objectives
- To conduct policy oriented and action research on contemporary issues of entrepreneurship
development
- To carry out training and capacity development programmes;
- To organize seminar, conferences, workshop and invited/special public lectures;
- To liaison with agencies, departments and ministries working on promotion of entrepreneurship;
