the focus on human development and capacity development. To ensure sustainable leadership
and managerial skills among the functionaries of rural development & Panchayati
Raj through quality training and research in the field of human resource development.
Objectives
Enabling People's participation in development process through
- Understanding analyzing and attempting strategies for Behaviour modification, in
the context of Rural Development.
- Focus on study of attitudes, perceptions,
motivations, abilities and aptitudes for sustainable human development.
- Study
of the discrepancy between the felt and articulated needs critical.
- Leadership,
group dynamics, motivation- key to participation.
- Development of training and
resource material including simulation exercises for behavioural and attitudinal
changes.

- HRD Process & Activities: Capacity Building; Assessing the needs of HRD;
